Our main signature class, Reformer FLOW, is a contemporary, athletic-based class designed to sculpt and tone. This class is all about challenging you – expect to feel that satisfying post-workout soreness! We want every client to leave knowing they truly pushed themselves.
Reformer FLOW is open to all levels, with options to modify or advance each move. Our expert instructors bring their unique creativity to every session, using props and spring variations to keep each class fresh and dynamic. No two classes are exactly the same, so you’ll always be excited for what’s next.

Our Reformer Private Sessions are ideal for those seeking personalized instruction, recovering from an injury, or looking for a slower, more intentional pace. These one-on-one sessions allow your instructor to tailor each workout to your individual goals, needs, and experience level. During your session, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively use the reformer while working through foundational Pilates exercises that support strength, alignment, and mobility. Private sessions are a great option whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning after time away, or looking to refine your technique before joining group reformer classes.

Pilates is a fantastic workout for everyone! However, there are many styles, and it’s important to find a studio that matches your needs.
Gentle Reformer, Mat Pilates, or Private Sessions: These are ideal if you’re new to Pilates, have injuries, or prefer a slower pace. Smaller studios often offer a variety of apparatus like the chair, Cadillac, and spine corrector.
Athletic Reformer Classes: If you’re looking for an athletic, challenging Reformer class with a lively flow, you’ve come to the right place! Our classes are dynamic, set to upbeat music, and designed to push you. Expect moves like lunges on the Reformer and planks in nearly every class.
If you’re uncertain about the best fit for you, feel free to reach out – we’re here to help guide you to the right studio, even if it’s not ours!

The Reformer was originally created by Joseph Pilates in 1946. While it has evolved, it remains a central piece of Pilates equipment. It consists of a frame with springs to adjust resistance, a footbar, a padded carriage that glides along tracks, and straps with hand and foot loops. Reformer exercises use spring resistance to strengthen and elongate muscles, improve balance, and enhance range of motion in the joints.

Our studio features “The Studio” Reformers by Your Reformer.

For most people, we recommend starting with our Reformer FLOW class, suitable for all levels. This class includes modifications, progressions, and options for different springs and props. For those with significant physical limitations or new to Pilates, reformer private sessions provide a more supportive option, with personalized pacing and a thorough, one-on-one introduction to the equipment
